Iwona Przybyło
Member of Supervisory Board

Ms Iwona Przybyło graduated at the Department of Philology and History of the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Education & Care Pedagogy, obtaining the master’s degree. Her professional experience includes working at the School and Pre-School Complex no. 4 in Wrocław, as a pre-school teacher, then a school counselor. In the years 1993 – 1999 she conducted business activity under the name of “PH AB Iwona Przybyło”. Ms Iwona Przybyło has been a member of the Supervisory Board as from the moment of establishment of the Company.


Jacek Łapiński
Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Jacek Łapiński graduated at the IT and Management Department of the Oskar Lange Academy of Economics in Wrocław, Faculty of Management and Marketing, specialization: Enterprise Management, obtaining the master’s degree. His professional experience includes conducting business activity under the name “Vobis Microcomputer Wałbrzych Jacek Łapiński”. Mr Jacek Łapiński has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 1999.


Marek Ćwir
Member of Supervisory Board

 

Mr Marek Ćwir graduated at the Production Economics Department of the Warsaw School of Economics. He also has a licence of a securities broker. He commenced his career in 1991 as a securities broker for the BRE Bank Brokerage House. In the years 1995 – 2000 he worked in CA IB Securities S.A. as a vice director. In the years 2000 – 2004 he worked for Wirtualna Polska S.A. as a financial controller. In the years 2004-2005 he worked in the financial division of Matrix.pl S.A. Since 2005 he has been a director in Pekao Investment Banking S.A., where he is responsible for projects concerning public offering, mergers, acquisitions and privatisation advisory.

 

In accordance with the submitted declaration, Mr Marek Ćwir fulfils the criteria of independence defined in Article 12.5 of the Statute of AB S.A.

 


Andrzej Grabiński
Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Andrzej Grabiński completed legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław, and then a legal court internship in the Regional Court in Wrocław, as well as a legal bar internship. He works as a barrister. Initially, he was a member of the Bar Council in Oława, then he worked individually or in companies, and currently he is a partner in Grabiński, Waszczyński spółka jawna. During his career, he was a supervisory board member of a limited liability company with foreign capital. He fulfilled the function of an arbitrator numerous times, and currently h e is the chairman of the Programme Council of the Wrocław Center of Arbitration at the District Bar Council in Wrocław. For many years he has been actively participating in the works of the bar self-government. In the years 2005-2015 he was a member of the State Tribunal. He has received the following awards: “Adwokatura Zasłużonym” [Advocacy for the Distinguished] – from the Presidium of the Supreme Bar Council, and ‘Zasłużony dla Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości” [Merits for the Justice System] – from the Minister of Justice. In 2014 he won the 2014 Forbes Professionals contest in Lower Silesia in the bar category. Since 2013 he is the Dean of the District Bar Council in Wrocław.


Jakub Bieguński
Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Jakub Bieguński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he obtained the master’ degree in finance and banking. He has 14 years of professional experience in private equity/venture capital, owner’s supervision, investment banking, transaction structuring, restructuring and strategic advisory, as well as project management. He obtained his professional experience, amongst others, in BRE Corporate Finance, M&A advisory i corporate finance, and in Roland Berger, an international strategic advisory company. Currently he works in BZ WBK, Capital Markets Department, Global Banking and Markets, as the Investment Director. During the last 7 years he was a member of supervisory boards of several Polish small and medium companies.


Jerzy Baranowski
Member of Supervisory Board

Mr Jerzy Baranowski graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, obtaining the master’s degree in chemistry. His professional experience includes establishment and managment of companies responsible for distribution and services in the software and IT area. In 1990 he established and managed Commpol S. A., a distributor of IT equipment. In 2000 he established B2B sp. z o.o., being an important integrator and service provider in the open software sector. In 2009 he established Linux Polska sp. z o.o., which has expanded the offer of products with Open Source software. Regular recipients of services and products of B2B sp. z o.o. and Linux Polska sp. z o.o. Include largest Polish banks, telecom, insurers, the public sector, and main Polish IT integrators.
